The backpack was wonderful, but unfortunately the name is incorrect. It's possible that it auto corrected her name. It came as Navi-Blue and it should have been Navi-Rose. Would there be anyway to reorder it with the corrected name, with a discount. This is a gift for my granddaughter and I wouldn't want to present her with the wrong name.

This doll is really cute, and the backpack is super cute too. The set looks exactly like it does online, and overall it’s a very adorable item.
My main issue was the communication. I didn’t receive any tracking information until I reached out to the company myself. I ordered on December 2nd, and with it being so close to Christmas, I feel like communication could have been much better.
Thankfully, it did arrive just before Christmas. Overall, I love how cute the doll and set are, but clearer and more proactive communication would have made the experience much better.

I think the set overall is cute but the quality of monogramming is low. My daughter’s name looks like it was unevenly placed on her backpack. I didn’t get to pick what color I wanted her name in as well so when gold arrived I was surprised. Would’ve preferred black but still it’s a cute set just expected more.
